Coming from Columbus, OH, Twins Darius & Marius Norwood, also known by their group name, Double Barrellz, came on the scene as recording artists and potent battle rappers during the early 2000s, when battle rapping was at it's peak. Due to their level of skills and popularity they became highly influential and mentors to many local artists, turning themselves into a commodity via a series of mixtapes and albums before connecting with Snoop Dogg in 2015.
Due to their parents being from the southern state of Alabama and the twins stay there, this added a southern influence, as they say, "it gave an element of soul to our music." Being from a musical family and father being a musician, they discovered they possessed an interest and gift for music at an early age.
Since their teenage years of learning to write, record and engineer their own music they have released 8 mixtapes and 10 albums from 2001 to their latest project All I Do Is Me in 2017 on RUMG/DYN Audio Media & Doggystyle Records.
